Twelve District Officers attended the Walter Weeden and Phoenix Royal Ark Mariner on Saturday 12th October 2019, held at the Masonic Temple in Hermanus.

Stephen Rixon Hartley went back into the chair for a second year. Gerhardus Christiaan Lodewyk Du Plooy was installed as Senior Warden and Roger Vernon Smith was installed as Junior Warden.

This was followed by the Mark Installation. Franklin Haman was Installed as Master, Coenraad Johannes Bierman was appointed Senior Warden, but as he could not attend, was not Installed, and Geoffrey Leonard Carve was appointed Junior Warden but also could not attend the meeting and was not Installed.

This was followed by a combined Festive Board where a luncheon and the usual toasts took place.

All in all a very good time was had by all.
