On Friday the 1st of September 2023, a delegation of 10 Western Division District Officers, travelled down to Mossel Bay to do the Installations of Cango RAM and also Cango Mark. This was the 1st Installation following the Mark Annual Meeting in July, and also the first Installation for our new District Grand Master, Daniel Gadd-Claxton.

A stop was made at Heidelberg for refreshments. And then on to Munro Manor, where we were staying.

Friday evening was braai time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On Saturday afternoon 2nd September we went to the Lodge for the meetings.

The Royal Ark Mariner Installation was done first. W. Commander P. Van Der Byl went in for the second time as Commander. L. Gouws and G. Macmillan went in as Senior Warden and Junior Warden respectively, als for the second time.

The Mark Installation followed, with P. Van Der Byl taking the chair for the second time and L. Gouws and R. Brookes going in as Senior and Junior Wardens respectively.

Saturday eveningwas spent quietly at Munro Manor and Sunday morning we all travelled back to Cape Town. An extremely well enjoyed weekend which was enjopyed by all.
